Over the years, the Samian Social Club has created many memorable moments for its members by hosting a wide range of events, including day trips and multi-day excursions, cruises, themed parties, taverna nights, and cultural events such as theatre and music performances.

The Club holds monthly weekday luncheons, primarily for our older members, providing an opportunity to stay connected and enjoy time together over a shared meal.

Each year, we proudly host celebrations for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, honouring family and the people who have played an important role in our lives. We also mark Καθαρά Δευτέρα (Clean Monday), the beginning of Lent, with kite-flying and traditional fasting foods like lagana bread, taramosalata, halva, and seafood. 

Our annual Christmas party brings members and their loved ones together for celebration filled with festive feasting and a special visit from Santa Claus who delivers gifts to our youngest members.

The Club’s Annual General Meeting ensures the continued good governance of the organisation.
